Positive: 1.公寓设施齐全，装潢现代化，厨房内的工具齐全，适合愿意烹饪的家庭 2.床很舒服，各个房间都干净卫生，WiFi信号和热水都很好，提供的洗浴用品充足而舒适 3.地理位置不错，离南十字星车站步行约10分钟，到城市周边坐火车非常方便，南十字星车站附近有coles超市，购买食材和必需品很方便，那里也可以购买myki卡。公寓门口不远处的96路电车，可以轻松到达市区较多景点。 4.公寓在2楼临河，有一定的河景，并且门禁上下电梯，很安全，提供免费停车费，非常方便 5.自助check in，离店也是自己放钥匙盒，很方便。 6.管家Maria回复积极，态度友好，我们沟通很顺畅，及时帮我们解答相关疑问 Negative: 房间内中央空调，客厅和带窗的次卧效果很好，主卧一般，进门的那间卧室，空调效果不佳，比较闷

Home away from home.. with a view! Positive: The apartment was perfectly located right by the river, very close to all amenities. The hosts ensured all facilities were running well. We.loved the layout, with adequate sleeping space and the 2 toilets/showers which were fantastic for our bigger family. The staff and hosts were very responsive to our messages, and made every effort to ensure we were taken care of. Love the wonderful welcome hamper. Definitely recommend staying here.. I cannot appreciate the views and the location enough. The beautiful park right up front was such a bonus. Perfect for families. Negative: Nothing! Perhaps more coffee pods?
