Stay Close was born from a passion for property and exceptional guest experiences. Founded by Melbourne-based Maria and Sam, the business was inspired by their early work in townhouse development, where Sam’s construction expertise and Maria’s flair for design came together to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

 

Maria, with a university major in arts, discovered her love for styling and design during the development process. She poured her creativity and keen eye for detail into crafting spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Sam, a builder and carpenter by trade, brings a wealth of expertise in construction and property management, ensuring every detail of the homes is built to last.

 

As avid travellers and proud parents to their young son, Maria and Sam deeply understand the importance of creating spaces that prioritise comfort and cleanliness.
